Pay for Your benefits
The flex plan provides important benefit protection of our associates.
That’s why PPI wants everyone to work full time. If you qualify for benefits,
you and the company will share 50%.
When you first become eligible
When you first become eligible for the flex plan your employment
is classified as full-time. Once you meet these requirements, you must
complete an enrollment worksheet and return it to PPI benefits department
by the due date on your form.
If you don’t enroll on time
In PPI if you don’t enroll on time. You will have to wait for the
next 6-months to enroll.
Adding Up your benefit choices.
Adding up your benefits or changing your benefit you have to wait
for the next six months.
BENEFITS
We offer a variety of insurance like HMO (health maintenance organization) Dental, and life insurance. The more employees we have the cheaper insurance we pay. If we have about 20 to 25 employees on one plan, or at least 50% of our staff, everyone will pay less. The estimate of cost is depending on family.
2. Employee and spouse = both about $210 per month
3. Employee and child = husband or wife with 2 child is about $270 per month
4.Family =both parent and 3 child is about $375 per month
The estimate on one single, one employee with spouse, employee with a child and family with both children is cost about $495 per month
We have the application on the Health benefit. The employees have to fill out first, and see how many employees need insurance. So we will be able to start on this benefit.
The bill will be deducted from the paycheck depending on the employee status.

He or she has to work at least 1 year
to be eligible for vacation and 6 months for health benefits. We also offer
life insurance if needed.
